Kevin Bourne is founder/principal and an Administrative Consultant with JD Administrative Solutions.  His competencies include Policies & Procedures Development, Policy Analysis, Desktop Publishing, Small Business Administration, and Church Administration.  In July 2006, Kevin founded JDAS in order to satisfy the administrative needs in the market, and to provide a covering for administrative professionals outsourcing themselves in the marketplace.

His experience includes administrative positions from support staff,  extending to the governance level where he has served on boards and councils in business, non-profit and church organizations.  He has also conducted Policies & Procedures Development and Policy Analysis projects for both non-profit organizations and financial services companies.  It is these experiences that have exposed him to a broad spectrum of administrative and management issues from the front office to the board room.  His professional experience also extends to the Ontario and Superior courts as a court reporter and transcriber for both English and French proceedings.  Although French is not his mother tongue, Kevin began his studies in the language at the age of four and continued for 23 years until he completed university, enabling him to service both English and Francophone clients.  Kevin holds a BA in Political Science as well as a Bilingual Certificate in Public Administration & Public Policy from Glendon College, York University in Toronto.
